ରାଉରକେଲାରେ ଦୁଃଖଦ ଘଟଣା: Tribal ମହିଳା 6th ଶିଶୁକୁ ବିକ୍ରି କରି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଲୁଚିତ – CWC ଓ Police ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେ ତଦନ୍ତ

 

ROURKELA: ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର Koida blockର Hatting ଗାଁରେ ଏକ 33 ବର୍ଷୀୟ Tribal widow ନିଜ ନୂତନ ଜନ୍ମିତ 6th babyକୁ ବିକ୍ରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଖବର ଆସିଛି।
Poverty ଓ family rejection ରେ ପିଡିତ ଏହି ମହିଳା ଏବେ 46 ଦିନ ଧରି ଲୁଚି ରହିଛନ୍ତି।

ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ Child Welfare Committee (CWC) member BM Shukla Koida policeକୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖି ଶିଶୁକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

• ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର 2022ରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
• ଘରେ 4ଟି ଶିଶୁ, ମା’ ଓ brother-in-law ସହିତ ବସୁଥିଲେ।
• ଶେଷ ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ କଠିନ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଓ ସେ Maternity Waiting Homeରୁ ବାହାରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିଲା।
• ଏକ Rourkela-based family ସହଯୋଗ କରିଲା ଏବଂ delivery RGHରେ ହେଲା August 30ରେ।
• Delivery ପରେ ସେ 25,000 ଟଙ୍କାରେ babyକୁ ସେହି familyକୁ ଦେଇଦେଲେ।

• It appears the woman was driven by extreme poverty and family rejection.

• ଏହି ଘଟଣା ମାନବିକ ଓ ନୈତିକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଗଭୀର ଚିନ୍ତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି।
• CWC ଓ Childline officials ତଦନ୍ତ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
• Rourkela ଓ Koida Police ଶିଶୁ ଓ ମା’ ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜୁଛନ୍ତି।
• Odisha Government ଏହି ପ୍ରକାରର ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଜନାକୁ ଆଗେଇ ନେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

• Social awareness: ଗ୍ରାମ ମହିଳା ଓ ASHA କର୍ମୀମାନେ ଏପରି ଘଟଣା ରୋକିବାରେ ସଚେତନ ହେଉ।
• Government support: ଏପରି helpless mothers ପାଇଁ immediate shelter ଏବଂ food support ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ହେଉ।
• Child protection system: CWC ଓ NGOମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ counseling ଓ rehabilitation support ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।
• Public help: ଯଦି କେହି ଏପରି ଘଟଣା ଜାଣନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସତେଜ Childline (1098)କୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।

ଏହି ଘଟଣା ଓଡ଼ିଶାର rural poverty ଓ social negligenceର ଏକ ଦୁଃଖଦ ଉଦାହରଣ।
Authorities ଏବେ ମା’ ଓ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ସନ୍ଧାନରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ସମ୍ଭବ ସହାୟତା ଦେବାକୁ ଆଶ୍ୱାସନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
• Human compassion and timely support can prevent such tragedies in future.
